Location - easily commutable.

Cons

Almost everything else - harassment and bias from managers, poor salary, overtime with no compensation, rejection of leave requests, horrible HR policies, bad working atmosphere.etc.

Nice environment, Flexible timing, No work from home so no extra work,Place to play long innings for the ones who understand that its not just Money and Job but also Money and Life ,as earned money is no money if you have to break away with your personal life

Cons

Management need to be more transparent some times they are very strongly tolerant about the higher staff member and thus the good people beneath them ultimately leave, not among high payers
