Pros
I don't see any Pro other that the company policy are pro management, the company is succeeding in forwarding the interest of the people sitting at the top and the departments are bringing their head together to frame such policies that favour the top shots and provide them benefits of the hard work of poor employees
Cons
To manager worship and you get the promotion. Performance is not rewarded instead you are expected to have sycophantic attitude towards toward your superiors. Managers are insensitive to the demands of poor employees. HR policies are confined to paper only. In case of ant grievance there is no one you can turn to and expect that it will be redressed.
