Pros

Earlier, the work-life balance was good. Flexibility in timings still there. One of the best places to work for managers. Good for senior level people.

Cons

Salary is one of the worst being offered by any ITES companies. The company entirely ignores its lower level staff like Senior Engineers and Asst. Engineers. Quality of the staff has also gone down in the last 2 years.

The work load is not that much high and the atmosphere is very relaxed. You can work according to your own wish and time available

Cons

Salary is not upto the best of industries and office is not upto the best in industry. No fast track promotion

Cons

Over weight management that are unhappy with their lives and they take it out on their employees. The company is a major joke!!
