-employees aren't held accountable -company is set up to cannibalize itself -weak market knowledge within management -employees abuse travel and expense allowances -rushed hiring process

There are none that I am aware of.

Cons

Good old boys/girls club, extremely toxic racist environment. Minority employees have a separate set of rules, regulations and guidelines to follow.
