Pros

Great company to work for in sales, because of the actual product you are selling. There is a clear value proposition when you are comparing Roxul's product to the competitors. There is also a great environment and TEAM chemistry that is very reassuring.

Cons

The actual office is in Toronto, but if you are an independent person having a home office should not bother you.
