Roxul is a great company to work for that looks out for its employees and strives to make a difference in our communities. I have had a great experience working at Roxul and enjoy the company culture and amazing product that Roxul produces.

Cons

Overall good, the communication levels within departments could be better at times.

Fantastic company and great people to work with. The company culture is the best I've ever experienced. Very down to earth, energetic, and family-like setting. The team at Roxul is fully engaged and if you are fortunate enough to work here, will meet some of the best people in your career. The company is constantly growing and there are SO many opportunities for growth.

Cons

Communication at all levels of the organization could be better.
