      Interesting place to work

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits package. Well established business, with a secured future. Lots of long serving employees. Plenty of expertise in the business which you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sharing of information within the business could be better. Can be quite traditional in their views and approach. No options for hybrid working post pandemic.
