Pros

Money is good after probation for the work you do. Great benefits after probation period (6-9 months) Easy job. Unionized.

Cons

Management is terrible. If you are unfamiliar with the union rules you will get played. If you are yt you can bypass your entire probation and go straight into PMO or lead hand training. A hard worker whom is a visible minority will not get that opportunity until a few years. 12 hr continental shift work.

Pros

The work environment is positive and colleagues are approachable and supportive. There are many team members who have worked at ROCKWOOL for years and they are very willing to share their knowledge and help new team members. The combined tenure of the employees speaks to ROCKWOOL being a great place to work. Team building/ social events are frequent and very good for employee morale.

Cons

I have nothing but positive feedback to provide.
