Pros

I've been working at the company for 2 years now and have greatly enjoyed my time. The company is constantly adapting to changes in the market and I'm always learning on the job. ROCKWOOL gives great opportunities for young talent to develop through new roles and outside workshops, training and events to attend.

Cons

At times there seems to be a lack of communication between departments. At quarterly meetings teams update each other on what's new but it'd be good for updates to happen more frequently.

Pros

Rockwool has an incredible culture and atmosphere. I have been with the company for nearly four years and have seen much growth in that time. One thing remains constant; this is a great company to be a part of. Many of the employees are passionate about life and work.

Cons

There are no cons in working for Rockwool. The product may not be as well-known as others in certain segments, but that is why it is critical to have great people in the field- and they do!

Pros

Rockwool has a great company culture and really cares about the development of their employees. They offer a generally flexible schedule, good benefits, and really want to see people succeed. People seem to stay a long time because they are a good company to work for and treat their employees fairly.

Cons

Some roles could have a higher compensation.
