Would strongly recommend! Company sells a great product and there are tons of opportunity for advancement

No notable cons other than the Head Office is in Milton, On which isnt a great city to work in.

Great product to use, easy sell

Cons

Where to begin. Seems to be a lack or disconnect between management, sales and customers. They are not customer focus and do not show support for customers who support the company Its a revolving door. People seem to join the company than leave, give it a year or two and you will see new faces everywhere. No consistency. People leave or change roles often. Salary Does not reflect responsibilities and amount of business coming in. They have been the leader for many years with any innovative products or put themselves in a position to adapt to competition. Management have been sitting on the easy button for far too long. No real vision for career advancement
