      Great people, great product.

      Cons

      Rockwool has grown and continues to grow their business. At the time I moved on to another opportunity, more work space was required to handle new hires. This may have been remedied in the past few years.

      - Safety is a top priority - Open door policy to discuss concern & ideas with your supervisor or manager - Opportunities for advancement - Zero tolerance policy for harassment & violence - Great product - Friendly environment to work in

      - training and development of operators - continental shift not for everyone
