Rockwool Foundation Employee Benefits Flexible Social Events Sustainable Goals Proud to work in a company that is not just a cynical, capitalistic corporation, but actually cares more about the environment and its employees. That is rare from a production company.

Cons

Not the market leader for salaries.

Pros

Started off in a year contract position, and a full time opportunity came up before my time was complete. The team I work with is great! They do what they have to do to get the job done. Communication among teams is as often as you want. Everyone is open and accessible to discuss issues, problems and ideas.

Cons

The standard grey office decor is drab, but that is slowly changing. Lots of great light in the head office in Milton. Its not a tech company with all of those type of perks, but the fresh fruit weekly is a great idea! Having the head office in Milton, which is about 35 mins from downtown isnt great for foodies and cafe lovers, but not having to drive through rush hour traffic on the Gardiner is a plus.

Pros

I've been working at the company for 2 years now and have greatly enjoyed my time. The company is constantly adapting to changes in the market and I'm always learning on the job. ROCKWOOL gives great opportunities for young talent to develop through new roles and outside workshops, training and events to attend.

Cons

At times there seems to be a lack of communication between departments. At quarterly meetings teams update each other on what's new but it'd be good for updates to happen more frequently.
