Pros

The product is very interesting and something you can feel content getting behind and working for every day. The Management Team are very open individuals with a family like culture. If you are a high performer the opportunities are endless! Global in nature so there are a lot of opportunities to travel to Europe and learn from top Business professionals.

Cons

Good company if you are a hard worker/innovative type as there is a lot of work to do and growth to achieve with a relatively lean team. Can only think of positives!
