The product is very interesting and promotes green energy.

Cons

Directors and Managers are not from the US. They struggle understanding the US culture. A lot of hype for support of the company but turnover is very high. Layoff on the floor are quickly implemented due to poor factory output and low sales. During my time at Roxul, Middle Managers (US employees) are released with little to no notice an no reason.

Pros

Awesome Presidential and Sales VP leadership. The people are a lot of fun and work hard. The product is one you can stand behind and feel great about the market share you are fighting for.

Cons

Small cancer cells at the middle management level have started to take hold under the radar. The empowerment vision had started to reverse itself in some key areas in the company which has caused an imbalance and the loss of some good people.
