-You'll meet some great people.

-Bad pay. -Favoritism is frequent in upper management -They will fire you for the smallest things, but hire pedophiles and creeps and promote them.

It was a decent place to work for. It depended all on the type of customers that called in that determined what type of day you had.

Management was lacking a bit in places while I worked there.
