Pros

Nothing at all is a pro.

Cons

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Dont work here. They don't like giving overtime and they will adjust you time if it happens. For example if your scheduled 8-5 and you get a call directly at 5, you have to take it, even though the next day your lunch will be extended to make sure you stay under 40 hours.They suck as a company and are very shady, I would never recommend.

Pros

I liked all my managers Plenty of opportunities for advancement Comfort of working from Home If they lose a contract they will give plenty of warning and they have plenty of places to put you Can vary overall, depending on which they have you working for

Cons

They don't fully disclose all information about certain jobs You can't change positions until after a certain amount of time, even if you were forced into the change due to a company not renewing their contract
