In terms of branching out and building skills beyond the immediate job, we now have opportunities to do this formally in Client Services within our Cross-Service Paired Learning Program. Additionally, we encourage frequent conversations about career goals among managers and their team members to give managers the chance to support their team members’ specific goals, whether that be through technical mentorship, additional time for paired learning or job shadowing. Of course, we continue to seek out more opportunities for cross-functional work and are currently piloting some new ideas! Best, Barbara
