Pros

After completing my first year at ROLLER, I can confidently say it’s the best company I’ve worked for in my career. From the very beginning, I felt like more than just another employee. The culture here fosters genuine collaboration, mutual support, and a shared passion for creating memorable experiences for customers. The sense of team is real — people show up for each other, work with integrity, and take pride in raising the bar. It's been a fast-paced, challenging, and deeply rewarding environment that’s helped me grow and stretch my skills in ways I never anticipated. Leadership at ROLLER is thoughtful and empowering. I’ve felt supported every step of the way and have learned a tremendous amount through the guidance and example of the leadership team. And perhaps most importantly, I get to work with some of the most passionate, talented, and committed colleagues I’ve ever met. The team spirit is unmatched — it makes coming to work genuinely enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that values innovation, teamwork, and impact, ROLLER is an incredible choice.

Cons

Pace of change could be difficult for some, but thankfully, most ROLLERs thrive within this environment. Time zone challenges (like all companies)

Pros

ROLLER has honestly been one of the most supportive and people-first companies I’ve worked for. The team is smart, welcoming, and genuinely fun to work with. You’re trusted to run with things and actually make decisions—no micromanaging. Leadership is transparent, and you can tell they care about both the product and the people building it. The flexibility is a big plus too. Being a global team comes with some time zone challenges, but it also means a lot of understanding around different schedules and work styles. And the work itself feels meaningful—we’re building something that actually helps our customers run their businesses better.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are some growing pains. Sometimes things move fast and processes aren’t always clear, which can be a little frustrating. You have to be okay with a bit of ambiguity and figuring things out on the fly. Also, coordinating across AU, US, and UK can mean early or late meetings now and then.

Clearer, more regular feedback on work performance would be beneficial for professional development
