High-Caliber Talent Across Functions ROLLER is home to high-performing individuals and teams spanning a wide range of disciplines, contributing to a dynamic and results-driven work environment. Smooth and Thoughtful Onboarding Experience The onboarding process is streamlined and well-structured, enabling new hires to integrate quickly, form meaningful connections, and thrive in the company’s collaborative culture. Global Collaboration and Growth Opportunities Employees have access to cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration, including opportunities for travel and exposure to diverse teams and markets. Authentic, Employee-Driven Culture ROLLER has successfully nurtured an organic culture by supporting grassroots initiatives and empowering team members to contribute to making the company a great place to work. Transparent and Inclusive Leadership Communication Leadership is open about company objectives and shares successes widely, fostering a sense of collective ownership and alignment across the organisation.

Cons

Growing Pains from Rapid Expansion As the company scales quickly, there are occasional challenges in keeping systems and processes aligned with the pace of growth, which can lead to moments of ambiguity or adjustment. Demanding Workload and After-Hours Commitment Many roles involve a reasonable expectation of after-hours availability or participation in on-call rotations, which may be challenging for those seeking a more traditional 9-to-5 structure. High Performance Standards The bar for quality and output is set relatively high, which fosters excellence but may feel demanding for individuals who prefer a more relaxed pace or looser expectations.

Pros

Awesome company that values its employees, and leads culture from the top down. The industry we work in is fun, and so is our culture. We don't shy away from a challenge, and it's inspiring to be part of something growing so fast and with so much success. The sales leadership are investing a lot into skills development, and creating a playbook built around value and ROI selling, which is resonating well with the market. We are not too big and not too small, but at the perfect place where autonomy and initiative meet processes and support - hands down, can't think of any other company I'd rather be working for.

Cons

Sometimes the processes and internal meetings can get a bit tedious, as the sales leadership are working hard to standardise everything. As such it can sometimes feel like jumping through a lot of hoops for the sake of it, although they are also open to feedback and will change something if its not working or adding value.
