Employees are encouraged to make use of flexible work arrangements, tasks are autonomous and free thinking is encouraged. Management rewards hard work and participation. The working environment is fun and friendly and staff are well taken care of.

- It is a truly global company that is scaling fast. Hence, global meetings can fall outside of work hours due to timezone differences. However, culture is very flexible with time management. Very outcome focused culture
