ROR is a fast paced company that provides full transparency and is very supportive. This company is fully remote, but still provides team feels. They appreciate and recognize hard work, as well as growth. As a newer company they have a lot of processes and procedures that are being implemented, but all the changes lead to a stronger company and opportunities.

Cons

Work can be overwhelming at times, and long hours at a computer. Benefits are subpar, especially maternity leave and insurance - hoping as the company becomes more profitable this will no longer be a con and they will be more inline with competitors.

Pros

Got to go to Vegas with entire company in November and really solidified that we have the best team and leadership! 100% remote can be isolating but the get together really helped kick off the year and busy season. Great benefits and time off options too!

Cons

It can be hard work at times as they are still working through processes.
