ROR is really moving with some exciting and transformative projects. It may not be the place if you want to be a passive passenger but if you want to have meaningful work and meaningful relationships, efforts rewarded and want to be involved in making a difference there can be no better place. This is a forward-thinking company with great prospects. Great company benefits, flextime, great culture, virtual social environment, strong morals, and values from leadership with a great mission.

Cons

Legacy processes are outdated but there is a strong focus on process development over the 6 months. Like all business, changes can be equally as fast paced, so knowing when to pivot and change direction and adapting is essential too. Not necessarily a con.
