Great co-workers, devoted to talent development, great management, great working environment. Working for this organization is fulfilling. There is opportunity for advancement and skill building.

Cons

Long hours, high-stress at times, unpredictable job security. There were three layoffs in three years. Some co-workers complained about a lack of advancement opportunities.
