Thanks so much for the feedback, and for sticking with us! I agree - Tech management is AWESOME and they work really hard to make it a good environment for you. (Mark is the BEST.) About the salary increases: ugh, I hear you. We had some business losses last year and weren't able to provide the recognition that we wanted to for all of the hard work that our employees put in. But I am pleased to tell you that things are looking up - we are seeing some organic growth in existing accounts and have even had some small new business wins so far this year! So I hope we will be able to recognize our hardworking Associates in the future.
