Pros

Day to day working conditions are not as "insane" as other agencies. Some blue-chip clients. Overall, the creative work is good with some really nice work done here and there.

Cons

Sometimes it's more difficult than it needs to be to get a new initiative going. Need more of premium set on new thinking.

Pros

Supportive culture, talented people, great location.

Cons

Some politics, some leaders asleep at the wheel, no different than any other agency of this size.

Pros

Learned a lot and worked with some very smart people

Cons

Looking back on this, my experience at RPA was extremely unhealthy. Long hours, low pay, and a team that considered everything an emergency. Office gossip was also prevalent by everyone from assistants to directors. RPA tries too hard to have a "fun" culture by putting on courtyard happy hours every few weeks, but it's not enough to mask what actually goes on in the agency. Comparing my experience at RPA to my experience at my new agency, I'm surprised I don't have serious PTSD.
