Easy to get comfortable but there's very little growth.

People are really cool, plenty of happy hours, good variety of clients (although majority of work is Honda).

Cons

Slow to promote, base pay is really terrible unless you leave and come back, lots of politics in any decision.

Great people, strong reputation in ad sales community, high profile clients.

Cons

Low pay, advancement within can be limited by availabilities, lack of efficiency leads to long hours, many employees have been there for a long time so there is a tendency to stick with the status quo and change is slow. Creative work is uninspiring and behind the curve.
