Poor management. Broke promises they made during hiring but maybe never intended to keep. Extremely low wages. Preventable hazardous work environment. No communication skills. Unrealistically high expectations set by big wigs and upper management. Hefty random hour cuts. That was just company wide. For Ruby's produce dept is another story. Whoever thought it was a good idea to only have one refrigerated section, with the too numerous and unnecessary water sprinklers, 1 salad case, and 6 dry shelves needs to shoot themselves in the foot. We lost so much product due to poor displays than we probably sold. It looks and smells awful. I couldn't even imagine that as a customer, let alone if the Health Dept. finally catches on to that. Poor designing.
