Pros

Some of my coworkers are very enjoyable.

Cons

There is no room for advancement unless you're young enough to wait for everyone above you to die. Awful benefits. Very low pay with no chance for raises. Low hours (most I can get is 25). Corporate keeps implementing new programs that increase the workload without increasing store revenue.

Pros

Theoretically, the profit sharing, I suppose? I never saw any of that, though. I think you had to work there for five years or more before you became eligible, but unless you came into the store at an upper management level, I can't imagine staying that long.

Cons

Every other 'con' I could list basically comes down to a lack of respect; lack of respect for the employees, for the customers, for basically everyone below management level who steps into the building.

Flexible hours and Store lvl management at most locations is amazing

Cons

Lots of red tape..this tends to make the task of taking care of guests confusing
