Pros

Excellent company for young folks. If you perform, they let you learn everything that you want to. Environment of the company is not bad, flexible hours, casual office attire. Management focus is deliverable, deliver on-time with good quality is most important.

Cons

The company is structured very horizontal so is not a lot of promotion opportunities, but lots of opportunities to learn different things. Also, it is a bit harsh as if you don't perform, bye-bye for you very soon. However, the management give a lot of support to help you succeed. One one sentence is "they push you to excel, and support you to succeed".

- Good location for commute and food - Benefit and paid vacation - Friendly collogues

Cons

- Micro management. - Higher not willing to take responsibilities and blaming their employees, eventually led to no one is willing to take any responsibilities. - Not listening to employees feedbacks and constantly pushing employees under the short time to complete the task given greater workload, therefore constantly OT. - Not trust employees. - Showing no appreciation to employees' hardwork and no cultural whatsoever.
