Coworkers are generally very supportive Convenient location, minutes from union station Lots of opportunities to pick up financial domain knowledge

Cons

It is very difficult grow technically. A combination of old technology and risk averse management means that you will not gain experience in any of the newer frameworks or languages that other companies look for. Compensation is on the lower side

I was employed at the time of COVID-19. As a junior BA, this is a good place to learn finance and tech/products. You learn the products by doing testing and writing requirements documents.

Cons

Got acquired by Broadridge around 2017-19 so the company culture changed and many positions are outsourced now from India. As BAs, half our work was QA testing which made this role stressful and tiring. Low pay for amount of work and industry average.
