I have worked at RPM Technologies for a little over 4 years. The main reasons for why I enjoy working at RPM so much can really be broken down into five major categories: 1. A great place to learn. My skills as a developer has greatly increased due to several Lunch and Learns that RPM has held. I have also learned a good deal from RPM Sponsored Oracle courses. 2. Flexible Scheduling. 3. Frequent Employee Outings. At least once a month we have a RPM Games Night. Team Lunch Outings are held which is a good way to keep up Team Morale. 4. Recognizes Employee Accomplishments. RPM has a Rewards and Recognition program that allows colleagues to nominate each other for Recognition. 5. Great Work-Life Balance.

Cons

The greatest downside for RPM has to do with knowledge distribution and the training of new employees. Note: We are currently working on fixing both these Issues.
