They Trusted me when I needed to be trusted. I can say in my department they are open to new ideas and motivate you to be more creative, you can communicate re whatever you need to(This is the most I like about here). I've learnt a lot here within this 6 months and I feel I can go further.

Cons

I wish we had few more color than gray and white in our office.
