RPM Technologies (Canada) reviews

I started working here in October and in few weeks I knew right away this place was not for me. The person I worked with had no respect for new people and have the worst attitude I have ever seen in the workplace and definitely needs a reality check. I had the worst experience working here and just wanted to run away. There is no onboard training related to my position, no documentation, I kept asking my co-worker to call me and please show the tests he runs but most of the times he would say that he was in a hurry so he ran the tests himself. My supervisor also liked him very much so I just wanted to run away without creating a scene and I thought if I complain in the end they both will just fire me. So I did not complain and just resigned AND THE WORST THING....... When I resigned some of the people from other teams even told me that your team is spreading words around that I was fired from the job and did not resign I was just like "WOW". Now you can imagine what kind of ethics this workplace has. Please do not waste your time here please look for another job or stay UNEMPLOYED.
