- company located downtown a minute's walk from Union Station (this is really the only positive thing about the company I can think of)

Cons

- software is archaic - company doesn't buy into ITIL, PMI, or IIBA ideologies - power is too concentrated among a handful of people who've lost touch with reality - the person sitting beside you could be gone one day without notice - pay is below par with their competition a few blocks away - advancement opportunities are few as those in management roles are very entrenched - team work is minimal - timelines are ridiculous (as little as 8 hours for a complete project including analysis, documentation, and updating the 'living' document in the group folder)

Location it is right outside of union station

Management is not trustworthy they change policies on a whim and don't openly divulge this information instead HR will send out an individual email to inform that you are currently in violation of a policy that was only created a day prior and nobody is aware of as no official communication was sent The management style is essentially to belittle staff for optimum results HR is ineffective as they are incapable of having an original thought and the lap dogs of the executives Stay unemployed as you will only be signing up to be poorly paid, overworked, provided with empty promises and told how grateful you need to be for this opportunity
