      Benefits are good. Team cultures differ but have a great experience with the one I work with.

      very few if any. Cant think of one

      Cons

      no appreciation for employees. They fire people for no reason and others quit all the time. The project team i worked with less than half lasted a year. the Project Executives all have family ties or have come up through the ranks and i did not meet one who was qualified for their position. they seem to be of the abuse and threaten school of thought

      Pros

      They took me with little experience and are teaching me. Free housing, car, no income tax, time off and flights home. Friendly people. Room to grow. They let me bring my family. Slow pace of life.(Could be good or bad depending on the person.)

      I live on a military base so it is difficult to see family, but I knew that going in .Slow pace of life.(Could be good or bad depending on the person.)
