      Growth opportunities exist in almost every department - drive and initiative will get you there Strong backlog of work for the future Niche market with the DOD

      Cons

      With rapid growth - often there isn’t structure to support the changes. Creating new processes is usually behind. Management continues to change (through advancement) and there is opportunity for training in that arena. People leave managers not the business.

      Pros

      This is a quality company with a great vision that truly tries to live by their values, values that are difficult to find in the construction world. There are many opportunities for growth, the company encourages innovation, and rewards quality work. The company is also very well positioned in the Federal marketspace that should enable continued positive growth and protection during recessions.

      Cons

      RQ is a large company that has grown quickly. There are always some growing pains with rapid growth and as a large construction company, there are some project teams that don't perfectly represent RQ's values.

      Cons

      Growth that requires employees to be nimble and willing to step into roles they may not feel ready for. Good opportunity for those that want to take on the challenge. Not a good fit for someone that wants status quo.
