Pros

Great company and great people. Communicating with managers and others at the company is easy and straight forward. Pension scheme is good. Work clothing provided early on and is excellent quality. Clear, transparent company structure. Regular emails from the managing director about what's going on at the company. Monthly pay for the current month. Simple process for booking annual leave.

Cons

Work phone provided loses charge very fast but it works at least.

Heavy workload with low pay and bonus. A micromanage environment which you dont feel is a MNC.
