Pros

In the middle of cultural change, growing across the globe and focussed on doing the right thing for its people. There is a lot good will and people are genuinely customer focussed and willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

Is still very UK centric. This results in a lack of debate and thought about how best to implement ideas and resources and frustration from those outside the UK.
