Given opportunity to introduce yearly savings for costs on outsourcing services and increase sales in product conversions every quarter.

Away putting out fires instead of preventing them in the first place.

profitable and attractive business model. Global reach. Plenty of challenges to keep interest high. Great customer service ethos.

Cons

Management not united - very much old school. Terrible process management leading to much waste. Bypassed the whole Lean revolution.
