Cons

Ageism, classism, colorism, everything that discrimination would be against. No opportunity to grow or use education benefits.

Work from home the majority of the time. London office.

Cons

The teams are mostly Corby based. The most political place I've ever worked, toxic environment. Terrible organisational structure. Blame culture.
