Influence and Impact: My analysis is directly influencing strategic decisions, giving me a sense of ownership and accomplishment. 5. Variety of Work: No day is the same! I am engaging in diverse tasks, from requirements gathering to stakeholder management. 6. High Demand and Earning Potential: competitive salaries and benefits have been provided to me. 7. Helpful management: Managers and seniors are very helpful and always ready to make you comfortable with the work and office environment.

      Pros

      1. Supportive work culture 2. Timely salary and variable payouts 3. Lots of peer training to keep yourself updated 4. You will get to work on payments domain with latest tech stack

      Cons

      1. Lot of conversations happen in local language, might be problem for who are not from this state but you can always open up and ask to communicate in English 2. Not much direct client interactions if you are working on a product rather than a project

      Pros

      Good work-life balance with occassional requirement of working overtime based on delivery requirements. Senior management is approachable. Good team dynamics and work environment.

      Cons

      less number of clients should invest in larger office space

Due to COVID-19, there was a slowdown, however, post-COVID, we have been growing. We encourage you to check the financial reports on our website. Also, you will be able to learn about the new opportunities across the globe that we are pursuing for all our products. We have been very positive about our growth in the coming quarters. We are also exploring the option of a bigger work space.
