Employees are encouraged to take time off when needed, which contributes significantly to overall well-being and productivity. Culture: The company culture is supportive and inclusive. From my first day, I have felt welcomed and valued as part of the team. There's a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning, which fosters a positive and productive work environment. Products: Working as a Product Owner, I am constantly impressed by the innovative and high-quality products we develop. RS Software is at the forefront of the payments domain, consistently delivering solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, there can be occasional growing pains such as adjusting to new processes or scaling teams. However, the management is proactive in addressing these issues and continuously works towards improvement.

      I've been with the company for six months now, and my experience has been very positive. The company provides great growth opportunities, encourages you to leverage your ideas, and allows you to take ownership of your work. It also offers the flexibility needed to balance personal and professional life effectively. Freshers benefit from excellent learning experiences and exposure, supported by strong leadership and mentorship.       They should have a larger office space.
