1. Learning scope in payment and banking domain. But if you have bad luck then you will get nothing. 2. Environment is very friendly. 3. People are very helpful. 4. Good HR policy

Cons

1. Right now no onsite opportunity. 2. Any they can fire you (depend on your luck). 3. Very less number of project. 4. Condition is very bad. any time company will shut down. 5. No Hike. 6. No extra facility. 7. RS top level management does not have capability to bring project. 8. Some top level senior person is there , but they don't have any work. I do not why RS is not firing them. 9. Company CEO is running this company for his own benefit, as he has others business. That is what RS is very Old company but only one existence. 10. If you want to spoil your future then join. All the best
