Pros

Friendly work environment. Everybody in the team helps a lot. HR is really helpful. Previously onsite opportunities were very much there.

Cons

Lost their main account due to inefficiency of the leadership team. Huge lay offs are going on for a long time. No future plan as such. A sinking ship.

After going through 2 technical rounds (F2F) and 1 managerial(Technical) round of interview, the HR asked me to send all the required documents ASAP and scheduled a telephonic HR round but I didn't receive any call for that the HR round. And the HR didn't have the courtesy to notify me what went wrong from their side.

High salary discrimination, Not at all process oriented, Upper management is useless, No career growth for project / process peoples unless you oil your manager.
