There will be many long term friendships built here. 4.No night shifts and extreme shifts. 5. Job flexibility. 6.You can do work from home as you want( there is an annual cap). 7. Not many opportunities - "single client focused and now they are moving!" Top management lacks vision for growth (though they have converted couple new projects and expecting a lot)
