Good package only for experienced lateral entry .. You can Gain Good payment domain knowledge... No work time restrictions..o Best ,Excellent if you can speak Bengali's or a Bengali

Worst work place atmosphere..cheap cabins and chairs Been in industry for 20 years with --- Only One Client.... Visa ...few projects On shore offshore rotations ended..as "Visa" Started operations from Bangalore No sales teams .. CEO and His are sales .. of course he build the company on own way back Poor managers -- who can do only people management as all projects are Client controlled irrespective of engagement model
