Used to send people onsite frequently (earlier) Chance to migrate to client organisation(used to be a popular reason to join RS earlier, now scopes shrinked).

Cons

Increment is very less. Process management is worst in the industry. For example, you have to create and mail excel sheets that includes your weekly effort to HR every weeks; no automated system.
