Benefits covered at 100% no deductions from the Salary Pay 100% for the GC process (all stages 1 through 3)

Cons

No increments in Salary or vacation as the number of years employed with them increase. Salary increments happen only once 3-4 years and that too mere 2% No 401K

Good for Freshers!! Ample opportunities to learn!!

Good environment to start with your career as a fresher. Senior colleagues are very helpful.

Cons

Few managers are also good but not in case of appraisal rating! The employee retaliation policy is very bad. They will hire lateral resources but don't retain their employees who use to leave due to poor CTC compare to market standard.
