      Pros

      - Good compensation - Stock options (though profit sharing is a bit confusing) - Most associates very nice and professional - ERGs and organized opportunities to give back to local communities - Opportunities to move laterally w/n firm

      Cons

      - Hybrid work environment prioritized - Benefits package not great (Florida Blue, as of Jan 2025) - limited options for PPO, highest premium still has in-network coinsurance and deductible - Disorganization from mid and upper management leads to conflicting priorities and poor communication

      Generally good supervisors. Excellent at recruiting talent from university. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Will allow clients, who are state agencies, to violate both state and federal construction specifications. Billable hours matter more than standing up to unethical and technically incompetent client behavior.
