      Pros

      RS&H Associates care about each other. I see that exhibited every day. They are also deeply passionate for serving their clients and communities. Minimal internal politics. Great vision for expansion that is methodical and purposeful.

      Cons

      Being a mid-sized firm in an industry with mega-firms can be frustrating at times. We do not have 6000-20,000 associates to tout to clients, but we do have the technical ability and commitment to solve any client's challenges.

      Many Opportunities

      Pros

      It's a Meritocracy. You get what you earn here. An abundance of opportunities to learn and grow. Many interesting projects all over the country. An agile company where work sharing is common between offices. Not only good for the stability of the business, but for the interests of interconnecting offices all over the country. All around, some really great people to work with.

      Glassdoor makes me write here....no cons!

      Good Company, Trying to Expand

      Pros

      Quality engineering firm HQ'd in Florida, with strong southeast presence. Trying to expand to a national footprint. Significant programs in aerospace and aviation, with strong highway and structure programs. Employee owned firm.

      Cons

      Management expanded geographic footprint and practice areas, primarily in planning and transit, but had to cut back when bookings did not keep track.
